Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Interpretive Report – South-East England
Ground and Project Consultants were commissioned to produce a geotechnical and geo-environmental interpretative report for a large commercial development.
The site is proposed to be developed into several large commercial warehouses adjacent to a former sewage works.
Following the design of a ground investigation specification by GPCL, we provided an assessment of foundation options, global stability analysis of retaining walls, earthworks materials and detailed settlement analyses. A geo-environmental appraisal was conducted as part of our scope of works and it was concluded that negligible risk was posed to human health and controlled water receptors.
